Hoist Rigger – Construction Location Adelaide, SA Full-Time Permanent Position Our client, a global leader for over 50 years, has been designing, manufacturing, installing and servicing industry-leading construction hoists, industrial elevators, work platforms and building maintenance units. We are currently seeking a motivated and safety-focused Hoist Rigger to join the Construction Division in Adelaide. Working with our clients' market-leading construction hoists, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality installations, dismantles, servicing and maintenance across major construction projects throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area. About the Role Reporting directly to the Installation Manager, you will be responsible for: Erecting, dismantling and servicing construction hoists and vertical access equipment Providing mechanical service and breakdown support for company and customer equipment Performing regular inspections, maintenance and repairs Working safely on construction and industrial sites while adhering to all site and company safety requirements Completing service and rigging documentation accurately and on time Coordinating effectively with customers, crane crews, dogmen and site personnel Conducting pre-start risk assessments and toolbox meetings Preparing and organising hoist equipment for site deliveries Identifying opportunities for spare parts, refurbishments and additional services Participating in ongoing training and development programs Requirements Current Australian Driver's Licence Full working rights in Australia Intermediate Rigging Certificate White Card Working Safely at Heights certification Strong commitment to workplace health and safety Highly Regarded Experience within the construction industry Experience with rack and pinion lifts Previous construction hoist installation and service experience LR Truck Licence Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills About you Puts safety first, every time Works well independently and as part of a team Has a strong work ethic and reliable attendance record Is proactive, self-motivated and organised Communicates clearly with colleagues, customers and site personnel Takes pride in delivering quality workmanship Has excellent attention to detail Benefits Full-time permanent employment EBA terms and conditions RDO-based roster Leave loading Phone allowance On-call and site allowances (where applicable) Immediate start available Consistent pipeline of work Ongoing training and development opportunities Industry-leading safety culture Job security with a global market leader If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding results safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you!
