This is a hands-on maintenance role where no two days are the same. One moment you'll be replacing bearings on a conveyor system. The next, you'll be fault-finding on hydraulic equipment, repairing a pump, assisting with fabrication work or helping production get a line back online. You'll work closely with production teams to minimise downtime, improve reliability and keep operations running safely and efficiently. What you'll be doing: • Responding to breakdowns across the plant and production equipment • Fault-finding and repairing mechanical issues • Completing preventative maintenance activities • Replacing bearings, chains, belts, motors and mechanical components • Working on hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Assisting with line setups and equipment changeovers • Carrying out basic welding and fabrication work • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site What you'll bring: • Trade qualification as a Fitter and Turner, Mechanical Fitter or equivalent • Experience in manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, industrial or heavy industry environments • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Welding and fabrication skills are highly regarded • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset • Commitment to safety, quality and teamwork Why JBS Dinmore?
