About the Role: As the key point of contact for clients, veterinary clinics, and internal teams, you will ensure that enquiries, bookings, viewings, and aftercare services are delivered with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine care. Handle phone, email, online bookings, chat, and social media enquiries. Work closely with operations and Area Managers to ensure smooth service delivery. Greet and support clients attending viewings, collecting ashes, or arranging deliveries. Payment Processing - Manage payments including Zip Pay and Vet Pay. Record Keeping - Maintain accurate client and veterinary records. Scheduling - Organise vet, home, and office collections, including travel logistics. Issue Escalation - Identify and escalate concerns to management. Standards & Safety - Maintain hygiene, presentation, WH&S, and company policies. About You Compassionate Communicator - Calm, empathetic, and professional. Customer Service Background - Minimum 2 years in an office-based customer service role. Detail-Oriented - Strong administrative and accuracy skills. Emotionally Resilient - Comfortable supporting clients during emotional moments.
