About the Role: This is a high-impact Buyers Agent position working closely with the Co-Founder and Head of Acquisitions. With qualified clients already signed and ready to buy, your focus will be on sourcing opportunities, managing acquisitions, guiding clients through the purchasing process and delivering an exceptional client experience from contract through to settlement and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Research and analyse regions, suburbs and investment opportunities Source and present suitable investment properties to clients Negotiate with selling agents and vendors to secure the best outcomes Manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously Guide clients through finance, conveyancing, inspections, construction updates and property management setup Coordinate with brokers, conveyancers, builders and property managers Maintain accurate CRM records and deal tracking systems Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholder About You: We're looking for an experienced Buyers Agent who is passionate about property investing and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have: Have been employed by a company as a Buyers Advocate / Buyers Agent for 2-3 years (essential) Current Real Estate certification (essential) Strong knowledge of the Melbourne property market (knowledge of NSW, SA, QLD markets also desirable) Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach Confidence working autonomously in a remote environment Ownership of your own investment property/properties (Highly desirable) A professional approach with a great sense of humour and team-first attitude Excellent communication and relationship-building skills What's on Offer: Fully remote role with flexibility and autonomy Base salary negotiable to $80,000 Super depending on experience Realistic OTE of $200,000-$250,000 including base salary Monthly commission structure Qualified clients provided – no prospecting required Direct mentorship from experienced property investors Exposure to diverse investment strategies and acquisitions Fast-growing business with significant career progression opportunities Supportive, entrepreneurial team culture This position is being handled EXCLUSIVELY by Buckmaster Hawkey.
