Experienced Residential Pipe Layers | Gold Coast | $45–$55/hr Long-Term Work Cranfield Group is currently seeking experienced Residential Pipe Layers to join a major residential construction project located in the heart of the Gold Coast. Working with a leading construction developer, you will be involved in the delivery of a large-scale townhouse development, with long-term work secured through to the end of the year and ongoing opportunities across other local Gold Coast projects thereafter. What's on Offer: $45–$55 per hour (dependent on experience) Immediate starts available Long-term project pipeline Opportunity to transition onto future Gold Coast developments Work with a highly reputable developer on a large-scale residential project Key Responsibilities: Preparing trenches for pipe installation Installing sewer, stormwater, drainage and water infrastructure Laying pipes, conduits, culverts and associated fittings Installing pits, risers, gaskets and pipe connections Operating demolition and civil construction equipment Backfilling, compacting and levelling works Setting up and using dumpy levels and laser levels Spotting machinery and assisting operators Maintaining site safety and quality standards General civil construction and pipe laying duties as required About You: Previous experience as a Pipe Layer within residential or civil construction projects Ability to read and interpret plans and set-outs Experience with sewer, stormwater and water infrastructure installation Competent using dumpy levels and laser levels Construction White Card Reliable, hardworking and safety focused Relevant qualifications and tickets highly regarded If you're an experienced Pipe Layer looking for secure, ongoing work with a reputable developer, we'd love to hear from you.
