About the Role You'll be a senior presence in the documentation team — the person others look to for quality, consistency, and standards. You'll need to know South East Queensland's development landscape well and be based in the region, but beyond that, you have complete flexibility to work remotely as much as suits you. Your work will include: Leading documentation on large-scale master-planned residential and community developments Working alongside industry-leading engineers and senior stakeholders on blue-chip projects Driving and maintaining template libraries and documentation standards Contributing to how the team does what it does — this is a business that wants your input What We're Looking For This is a senior role, and we're ideally looking for someone with around 10 years of civil drafting experience in South East Queensland.
