In this high-impact leadership role, you will: Oversee end-to-end operations and maintenance of water and wastewater infrastructure Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality services Champion safety, environmental compliance and regulatory standards Drive asset management, performance monitoring and operational excellence Build a strong, values-driven culture and develop future leaders Represent Council across industry and stakeholder networks What you’ll bring? You’re a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise and a passion for leadership. You’ll also have: Minimum five (5) years’ experience at Local Government management level or in a similar role, with proven ability to work independently, exercise initiative and meet deadlines; Proven experience in water/wastewater operations and maintenance leadership Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry best practice Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving service improvement programs Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Construction White Card Construction Industry (mandatory) C Class Open Australian Drivers Licence (mandatory) Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science, environmental management or a related discipline (mandatory) Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment and/or behavioural testing (mandatory) Why Isaac?
