The Opportunity This is a genuine career opportunity for an ambitious, trade-qualified Site Supervisor ready to take the next step. You'll be managing 15–20 residential builds at a time, working directly with clients, coordinating trades, and driving quality outcomes across a busy project portfolio. Day to day you'll be: Supervising and coordinating 15–20 residential project home builds simultaneously Liaising directly with clients on site, managing expectations and delivering a premium experience Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and trades to maintain project momentum Conducting quality inspections and ensuring all works meet required standards Keeping projects on programme and flagging any delays or issues proactively Maintaining accurate site documentation, reports, and compliance records Participating in structured training and development toward construction management About You Trade-qualified carpenter with Cert III and Cert IV in Building and Construction (or equivalent working toward a builder's licence) Proven experience supervising residential or project home builds — volume builder experience highly regarded Stable work history with a track record of seeing projects through to completion Ambitious and career-driven with a genuine desire to grow into construction management Open to structured training and development within a supportive environment Presentable and confident dealing directly with clients on site What's On Offer $110,000 – $130,000 super, depending on experience 2–3 permanent positions available across South West Sydney, North West Sydney, and Wollongong Structured training program with a clear pathway toward construction management A business that genuinely promotes from within and invests in its people Strong and stable pipeline of residential work Interested?
