What you’ll be doing: Counter sales, including customer service and handling sales enquiries Preparing and sending customer quotes Actioning customer requests face-to-face, over the phone and via email Liaising with suppliers Stock control, picking and packing orders for dispatch, and occasional delivery assistance Assisting with ad-hoc tasks around the branch as required What you’ll bring: You have a background in customer service, retail or sales. You are a fast learner with the ability to build product knowledge quickly. Hardworking and driven, you are eager to expand your skills and advance your career within the company. You have exceptional people skills and communication abilities - be able to communicate with a range of individuals. A true team player, always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. You’ll have a valid Drivers Licence and preferably a Forklift Licence.
