You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates across a variety of sectors to deliver a high-quality recruitment service that supports business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for temporary and permanent positions, from role briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Source and screen candidates using job boards, databases, social media, and direct outreach, ensuring a strong pipeline for active roles. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights and candidate recommendations. Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout the process. Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system and produce regular recruitment reports as required. Support the team with ad hoc administration, candidate referencing checks, and compliance documentation to ensure quality and accuracy. Who You Are Australian citizen or permanent resident eligible to work in Australia without sponsorship. Previous experience as a recruitment consultant, resourcer, or similar role within an agency or in-house recruitment team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach when engaging stakeholders and candidates. Organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient with recruitment platforms, candidate tracking systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
