As a Senior Accountant at Nine Advisory, you will: Own a portfolio of SME clients (turnover $5m–$50m) – be their day-to-day trusted advisor. Deliver monthly management reporting with insights that help clients make confident decisions. Lead weekly and fortnightly cash flow calls , helping clients manage liquidity and stay in control. Build 3-way forecasts and scenario models , supporting strategy, growth, and funding. Liaise directly with banks and financiers — preparing and presenting reporting packs, helping clients secure and manage funding. Gain valuable experience in Advisory Board and management meetings , simplifying complex numbers into practical business insights. Oversee and review weekly and monthly reporting, annual reporting, payroll and all other elements to ensure clients have complete visibility. Balance compliance excellence with commercial advisory , giving clients a complete finance function they can trust. You’ll be given autonomy over your clients with the support of our Head of Operations, senior managers, and offshore team. What We’re Looking For 5–6 years’ experience in business services, taxation, or business advisory. Confident in structuring, compliance, and taxation (Division 7A, CGT, FBT). Practical experience in cash flow management, 3-way forecasting, and financial modelling. Comfortable in client-facing meetings, boardrooms, and bank discussions. Organised, proactive, and methodical – clients feel nothing is “last-minute” under your watch. Relationship-driven – able to build trust with SMEs who rely on us to steer their financial future. Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting. CA/CPA qualified or near completion preferred. Why Join Nine Advisory?
