As a key member of our educational team, you will contribute to the holistic development of each child, preparing them for future educational experiences. Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning and development. Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and well-being. Maintain a clean and organised environment that is conducive to learning. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience. Observe and assess children’s development, documenting progress and areas for improvement. Qualifications: A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Certificate III or Diploma). Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Knowledge of child development principles and practices. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain). A valid Working with Children Check.
