THE ROLE We are currently searching for an enthusiastic Full time Operations Control Centre Operator to assist in monitoring our network, someone who believes in our principles of People, Pride and Passion, always puts safety first and enjoys working in an environment that presents new challenges every day. Based at our purpose-built depot in Burpengary, our Operations Control Centre Officers play a key part in what makes our business tick. As part of our Service Delivery team, this role supports our driving team to ensure we deliver our service promises to TransLink, our Schools, and our valued charter, event and touring customers. If you love being challenged to solve problems, appreciate a supportive working environment, are a multi-tasking champion, stay calm when presented with challenges, and have experience in the bus and coach industry, transport, logistics or event coordination, especially as a people person, this could be the role for you!
