Our client is a proud Western Australian softwood sawmiller with over 25 years of operation. The company uses cutting-edge technology to ensure every bit of the log is used to create high quality and precision made timber housing, packaging and landscaping products for customers across Australia. Position Objective: The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for driving the day-to-day electrical reliability and maintenance of the Greenmill, ensuring maximum machine uptime from the log yard through to the primary breakdown lines. To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following: Proven experience in a supervisory role within the FMCG industry. Qualifications: Trade Qualification in Electrotechnology. Licensing & Compliance: Experience as a Registered Electrical Nominee with a solid understanding of AS/NZS 3000:2018 and electrical compliance standards. Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams. Systems Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and maintenance/planning systems. Core Values: A genuine commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. Roster & Hours: 8/6 roster (8 days on, 6 days off) working 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Averaging a 45-hour week with the massive benefit of being home every night. Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 p.a. Superannuation (negotiable based on experience). Allowances: $10,000 allowance for holding the Licensed Electrical Nominee responsibilities.
