Due to continued growth in their Sydney office, they are seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join their team and support the project team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in, contracts administration or project management within the construction industry. The Role Working closely with Project Managers and Contracts Administrators, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery from commencement through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting project teams with day-to-day project administration Managing project documentation and document control systems Setting up and maintaining project folders and records Uploading and managing project information within document management platforms Coordinating drawings, revisions and stakeholder distribution Assisting with inspection and quality documentation Supporting site teams with safety documentation and project startup requirements Assisting with handover documentation, operations manuals and project close-out activities Providing general office and administrative support as required Salary will depend on what previous experience. To be successful, you'll ideally have: Previous administration experience within construction, engineering or a project-based environment is advantageous Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience using project management, document control or job costing software (highly regarded) A proactive attitude and willingness to learn The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Candidates currently studying or working towards a qualification in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline are encouraged to apply.
