Site Manager (Contract – 3 Months, Immediate Start) Location: Worrigee, NSW Project: School Infrastructure Upgrade Employment Type: Contract (3 months) Start Date: Immediate We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a school infrastructure project based in Worrigee. This is a short-term contract role requiring an immediate start, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of works within program, budget, and safety requirements. About the Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. You will play a key role in delivering a live school project with minimal disruption to operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations and coordination of trades Ensure project works are delivered on schedule and to specification Enforce WHS policies and maintain a safe working environment Liaise with project managers, consultants, and school representatives Coordinate deliveries, materials, and subcontractor performance Conduct site inspections, reporting, and quality assurance checks Manage site documentation including SWMS, permits, and daily logs Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or education construction projects Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety compliance Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills Strong communication and organisational abilities Relevant construction qualifications (e.g. Carpentry trade background or Construction Management preferred) White Card (required) What We Offer Immediate start on a well-structured school infrastructure project Competitive contract rate Opportunity to contribute to a meaningful community-focused build Supportive project team environment How to Apply If you are available immediately and meet the above criteria, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
