About the Role The People & Culture Team Leader is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping a positive, culturally safe and high-performing workplace. Working closely with the Executive and senior leaders, you will: Lead workforce strategy, culture and capability initiatives Support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment pathways Provide expert advice on recruitment, workforce planning and employee relations Strengthen performance, engagement and leadership practices Lead a small specialist P&C team This role offers the opportunity to influence organisational sustainability and enhance how people experience work at Bidgerdii. About You You are values-driven and passionate about improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
