These roles offer the opportunity to work across a diverse fleet of earthmoving equipment, heavy vehicles, crushers, screens, fixed plant, and mobile machinery supporting quarrying, recycling, waste management, and resource recovery operations throughout NSW. What's on Offer Attractive remuneration package Fully maintained company service vehicle Company mobile phone Paid overtime opportunities Long-term, secure employment Diverse and technically challenging equipment Supportive, safety-focused team culture Opportunities for career progression and ongoing training Key Responsibilities Conduct servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mobile and fixed plant equipment Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults across heavy equipment and machinery Maintain crushers, screens, conveyors, earthmoving equipment, and transport assets Complete maintenance reports and service documentation accurately Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures Support operational reliability through proactive maintenance and fault reporting Skills & Experience Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic, or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience working on heavy mobile plant and industrial equipment Ability to work independently and within a team environment Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Valid Australian driver's licence Highly Regarded Experience Quarrying and crushing operations Recycling and resource recovery facilities Waste management operations Construction and earthmoving equipment Heavy industrial or manufacturing environments Why Join Through TRS Resourcing?
