Company: ConsultANZ is looking for a Marine Supervisor for a Water infrastructure project in Wellington. Main Duties: Supervise daily marine and civil construction activities. Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, plant, and equipment. Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and programme requirements. Monitor safety performance and maintain compliance with HSE policies and procedures. Manage site productivity, resource allocation, and work sequencing. Conduct toolbox talks, pre-start meetings, and site inspections. Ensure quality assurance documentation and ITP requirements are completed. Liaise with engineers, project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Identify and resolve site issues to minimize project delays. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Civil Supervisor role. Proven experience on marine, water infrastructure, coastal, wharf, jetty, pipeline, or civil construction projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. Sound understanding of construction methodologies, QA, and HSE requirements. Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and subcontractors.
