We are currently recruiting for the following roles: Dark Meat Boners Evisceration Operators Butchers Boners Knife Hands Previous experience is highly regarded; however, candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, as full training can be provided. Available Shifts Evisceration Shift 5:00am – 3:00pm Boning Shift 9:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Dark Meat Boners Deboning thigh and drumstick products to specification Maintaining knife skills and work pace on the boning line Meeting yield targets and quality standards Working safely with hand tools in a chilled environment Evisceration Operators Operating on the evisceration and draw line Giblet harvesting and internal inspection tasks Maintaining bird flow and line hygiene Supporting QA compliance and food safety requirements General Production Duties Processing turkey products in a production environment Using knives and processing equipment safely and efficiently Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards Working as part of a supportive team Following food safety and workplace safety procedures What We're Looking For Previous experience in meat processing, boning, butchery, abattoirs, poultry processing, or knife handling is highly regarded Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable and committed work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Good communication skills Team-oriented attitude Essential Requirements Full Australian working rights Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to work in cold, wet, and temperature-controlled environments Comfortable working with raw meat products Able to perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and punctuality Desirable Skills Meat processing or food manufacturing experience Knife skills and previous boning experience Familiarity with food safety, GMP, and quality assurance practices Biosecurity Requirement Due to quarantine regulations, applicants must not have contact with birds or pigs outside of work.
