Talent Focus are seeking an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead a large, well-established service supporting up to 180 children across two separate programs. About the Service Before School Care: Approx. 100 children After School Care: Approx. 120 children Operating hours: 6:00am – 9:00am and 3:00pm – 6:00pm 12 hours of dedicated administration time per week Supported by an Educational Leader and 2 Responsible Persons The right candidate will have the opportunity to build a positive team culture and strengthen relationships across the service and school community. What You'll Be Doing Leading and mentoring a team of educators Managing daily operations and compliance Supporting children with diverse needs, including trauma-informed practices and inclusion support Building strong relationships with families, educators, and the school community Driving engaging programs that promote child wellbeing and development About You Previous leadership experience within OSHC, childcare, or education settings Strong people leadership and relationship-building skills Confident managing complex behaviours and inclusion needs Passionate about creating positive outcomes for children and families Holds (or is willing to obtain) relevant qualifications and clearances Demonstrated experience supporting children with diverse and complex needs, with a strong understanding of inclusive practices and strategies that foster positive engagement, participation, and outcomes.
