The Company Due to continued growth this well established industrial products and services leader is now looking for a experienced industrial Sales Executive or Business Development Manager to join their team based in Brisbane. The business has experienced exponential growth over the past 4 years and is continuing to expand their team and market share in a number of key sectors and industries. Culture is king! This role will suit candidates with exposure to industrial sales of any type and who have existing relationships within the mining, heavy industries, agricultural, F&B or oil & gas industries. The Position Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your role will be to develop and maintain customer relationships at a level that will promote maximum sales growth and profitability across the whole business portfolio which will include product and solutions sales as well as supporting the service team. Duties include: Identify new opportunities for the business and formulate a plan to develop the new opportunities with potential customers in the Industrial & Mining space. Increase sales revenue, profits and market share across the whole industrial portfolio. Implement suitable marketing and call plans to achieve sales growth targets. Promote and provide high levels of core product services and technical support. Prepare quotations, coordinate/verify clear customer delivery deadlines with the internal sales and operations team leaders. Identify potential roadblocks in the production schedule and provide all necessary support Ensure all job-related documentation complies with our internal QA requirements. Travel throughout QLD & Australia will be required Skills & experience required: Industrial sales background is essential, ideally mechanical, electrical or industrial products and/or services Customer facing and previous sales experience is essential. Relationships within the Industrial & Mining industries are preferred. Experience using and maintaining CRM systems, such as Salesforce. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
