Spare Parts Co-Ordinator: Permanent full-time position Day shift hours (8am-4pm with some flexibility) $90K to $100K per year super bonuses Career development opportunities Sydney location The Company: Australia Wide Personnel is recruiting a Spare Parts Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading supplier of bakery equipment servicing artisan, retail, wholesale, and industrial bakeries across Australia. The position requirements include, but are not limited to: • Manage Spare Parts operations within the ERP system, including quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, and sales reporting. • Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to upsell spare parts packages and ongoing support services. • Coordinate spare parts supply with Service and Engineering teams for breakdowns, installations, and maintenance activities. • Oversee inventory management, including stock control, receiving and dispatch, proof of delivery, and stock takes. • Provide general operational and administrative support to the Management Team as required. To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following: • Previous experience in a Spare Parts or similar role. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional support via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. • Forklift licence (or willingness to undertake training and obtain one). • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Commercially minded team player who can build relationships, contribute to business outcomes, and work collaboratively across departments. Hours and Rates: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (with some flexibility) $90K to $100K depending on experience super bonuses
