About You Degree in Civil Engineering with RPEQ. 10 years’ experience in civil design (land development preferred). Previous experience leading or mentoring engineers and designers. Confident across road, drainage and site design. Skilled in 12d, Civil 3D, AutoCAD and similar tools. Solid understanding of Australian standards and local council requirements. Clear communicator who builds strong working relationships. Able to balance technical delivery with commercial awareness. About the Role Lead and support a team of engineers and designers day-to-day. Oversee design delivery across multiple projects. Review designs to ensure quality, accuracy and compliance. Work closely with internal teams and external clients. Provide technical direction and help resolve design challenges. Assist with proposals, costings and project planning. Help develop team capability and maintain a positive team culture.
