Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities: Confidence in their cooking abilities Creativity and high presentation standards Ability to create dishes with consistency. Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine. Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes. Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements. Train and manage junior cooks and kitchen staff.
