Two exciting opportunities are available to join our client with more than 60 years of success in Melbourne's Eastern suburbs; Executive Assistant; Managing listings from listed through to sold including; Setting up listing on file and maintain accurate records Liaising with clients for all supplier times and marketing approvals Liaising with stakeholders for inspections, valuations, and reports Attending Building, Pest & Final Inspections Handling Buyer enquiries Accurately completing statement of information for all listings Preparation of post-appraisal documents During some busy periods you may be required to support with open for inspections on Saturdays Marketing & Customer Relations Coordinator; Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns for property listings Prepare and manage marketing materials, advertising schedules, and campaign timelines Liaise with agents, vendors, photographers, and suppliers to ensure seamless campaigns Provide exceptional front of house service, greeting clients and managing enquiries Support sales and leadership teams with administrative tasks and reporting Maintain office presentation, marketing displays, and database accuracy Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and client communications Salary up to $85KSuper (Depending on experience) These roles are perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
