My client, a leading ASX listed organisation, is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Corporate Trainer / Training Analyst to support a major transformation program. Reporting to the Training Lead, you’ll design, tailor and deliver high-quality training for stakeholders and corporate users, supporting go-live readiness and post-implementation adoption. Key Responsibilities Develop and tailor SAP S/4HANA training materials based on completed TNA and curriculum Create engaging learning artefacts (presentations, guides, exercises, job aids, simulations) Deliver training across classroom, virtual and hands-on formats Support Train-the-Trainer activities and SME capability uplift Prepare and validate training environments, data and scenarios Collaborate with Functional Leads and SMEs to reflect final system design Update materials in line with design changes, UAT outcomes and business decisions Support go-live and post-go-live activities including refresher training and hypercare Travel to sites as required for in-person delivery Experience & Skills (Essential) 4 years delivering SAP training within transformation programs, ideally S/4HANA SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) process knowledge and experience across HR/Payroll workstreams is beneficial Proven instructional design and facilitation capability Experience training diverse audiences (senior/exec stakeholders, Finance, HR/Payroll, SMEs, super users) Confident working with training systems, datasets and role-based access Desirable WalkMe experience / certification or SAP Enable Now experience SAP S/4HANA analytics and reporting (Fiori, queries, custom reports) Experience in asset-intensive or service-based industries UAT, business readiness or cutover training experience Familiarity with SAP Activate and Fit-to-Standard models Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: North Sydney, Hybrid Work Model Reporting to: Training Lead Day Rate: Up to $1000 including super Please reply ASAP for interview slots this week! :)
