Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer or Associate Civil Engineer to join their Brisbane team. The Opportunity Working alongside experienced Directors and senior technical leaders, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of civil engineering projects across a broad range of sectors including: Commercial and industrial developments Public domain and urban renewal projects Education, health and government developments Civil infrastructure / local roads, pavements Flood & drainage and utilities Depending on your level, responsibilities will include: Leading civil design and project delivery from concept through to construction Preparing and reviewing designs for roads, drainage, earthworks, stormwater and utilities Managing project budgets, programs and client expectations Coordinating with authorities, developers, architects and multidisciplinary project teams Mentoring and developing graduate and junior engineers Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting business development and project acquisition activities Contributing to the ongoing growth of the Brisbane team About You We are interested in speaking with engineers who have: A Bachelor of Civil Engineering Approximately 5-15 years of Australian consulting experience Strong urban development and civil infrastructure design experience Experience using 12d, Civil 3D and associated design software (advantageous) Knowledge of Queensland standards and approval processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery For Associate-level candidates, experience managing clients, winning work and leading project teams will be highly regarded.
