As their Brisbane team continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Associate or Associate Director Structural Engineer to play a key leadership role in project delivery, client engagement, and team development. The Opportunity Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead the delivery of significant structural engineering projects across a diverse portfolio including: Commercial and mixed-use developments Health and hospital facilities Education projects Residential towers and large-scale developments Public and government infrastructure Complex building structures and landmark projects You will be responsible for: Leading structural design and project delivery from concept through to completion Managing project teams, resources and client expectations Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, architects and key stakeholders Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers across the team Reviewing designs and ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation Contributing to business development, strategic planning and future team growth Supporting the ongoing development of the Brisbane office and broader Queensland presence About You You will be an experienced structural engineer with a passion for technical excellence, project leadership and client service. Ideally, you will possess: Bachelor of Civil or Structural Engineering CPEng accreditation (or actively pursuing) Approximately 10-15 years' experience within an Australian consulting environment Strong experience delivering complex building structures projects Proven client-facing and project management capability Experience mentoring and developing engineers Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business growth Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Engineers currently operating at Senior Associate level and looking for a pathway toward Associate Director will also be considered.
