Contract Speech Pathologist – Clinical Supervision & AHA Delegation (Telehealth Available) Fraser Support Services is seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech Pathologist to join our growing team in a flexible contractor capacity. We currently have an established paediatric caseload, ongoing referrals, and an experienced Allied Health Assistant (AHA) in place. We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to provide clinical oversight, delegation and supervision of the AHA, with the opportunity to develop their own caseload if desired. About the Role: Contractor position with flexible hours Telehealth supervision welcomed Initial commitment of approximately 2–5 hours per week, with potential for growth Provide assessment, clinical guidance and program development Delegate appropriate therapy activities to the AHA in accordance with professional standards Review client progress and provide ongoing clinical supervision Complete reports and recommendations as required Opportunity to expand into direct service delivery if desired About You: Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology Eligible for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status Current Speech Pathology Australia membership Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance Experience supervising Allied Health Assistants is desirable but not essential Strong understanding of neurodiversity-affirming and family-centred practice Excellent communication and collaboration skills About Fraser Support Services: Fraser Support Services is a Queensland-based provider supporting individuals and families across the lifespan.
