We’re seeking a Residential Manager who can join us early — ideally in May/June 2026 — to support the commissioning phase and prepare the home for its August 2026 opening . Once operational, you will lead the team to deliver exceptional care, service quality and operational excellence. You will oversee daily operations, apply strong business acumen, and guide the home through accreditation while upholding the highest standards of care. You’ll also be supported by an experienced commissioning team and collaborate closely with Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT and Funding across our growing national organisation. About You Demonstrated experience managing medium to large, complex aged care homes — or multiple services Strong examples of leading teams through change, improving performance and lifting standards Clear, practical approaches to setting culture, managing underperformance and building leadership capability Welldeveloped strategic thinking, with the ability to influence longterm outcomes Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements Excellent people leadership, relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills Proven capability in operational planning, innovation, resource management, rostering and budgeting Confident using computers, care systems and technology Genuine passion for improving the lives of residents, families and employees Collaborative, compassionate leadership style with the ability to inspire a highperforming team Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Why Join For Purpose Aged Care?
