This position is ideal for a technically strong public practice professional who enjoys both client-facing work and team leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex individual, company, partnership, and trust tax returns Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and regulatory requirements Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and accounting standards Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery Build and maintain strong client relationships Manage the workflow for the team Assist with the provision of business advisory and coaching services for clients About You CA qualification (preferred but not required) Minimum of 4 years' experience in Australian public practice Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and financial reporting standards Proficient in Xero, including Xero Tax Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple client portfolios Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability High level of professionalism and integrity Please note: Candidates must reside in Australia and have permanent work rights with no restrictions to apply.
