Your Opportunity As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting older people to live independently at home by providing essential housekeeping, cleaning and laundry services in a safe, respectful and person-centred way. You’ll make an impact by Providing domestic support including cleaning, laundry and general household assistance Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and service delivery Working respectfully within clients’ homes, supporting their independence and personal preferences Observing and reporting changes in client wellbeing or home environment Building positive, professional relationships with clients and colleagues Managing time effectively to ensure consistent, reliable service delivery Each day brings opportunities to make a meaningful difference and enable clients to live their best possible lives in their own homes.
