Job Description West Perth Mining Industry 6 Month FTC $85,000 – $90,000 Super 4 or 5 Days Per Week PSG are currently partnering with a well-established mining business based in West Perth to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a 6 month fixed-term contract. This position will see you joining a collaborative finance team, supporting the full end-to-end accounts payable function within a complex, high-volume environment. The business is open to candidates seeking either a full-time arrangement or a 4 day working week. This role will suit someone with strong AP experience who is confident managing more complex invoice processing, supplier relationships and reconciliations, while working autonomously within a fast-paced mining environment. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end accounts payable processing High volume invoice management and coding Complex invoice and PO matching Supplier statement reconciliations Managing supplier queries and payment investigations Processing employee reimbursements and payment runs Maintaining accurate vendor records and AP data integrity Assisting with month-end AP close processes Working closely with procurement and operational stakeholders About You: Previous end-to-end Accounts Payable experience within a complex environment Pronto experience is essential Mining, resources or heavy industry exposure highly regarded Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement Available to commence within a short timeframe preferred What’s On Offer: 6 month fixed-term contract $85,000 – $90,000 Super Flexibility to work either 4 or 5 days per week West Perth location Supportive team environment Opportunity to join a reputable mining business
