About the opportunity The Education Programs Administrator is part of the Professional Development team, administratively supporting the delivery and development of education programs, courses and workshops. This role provides administrative support across program delivery, committee activities and stakeholder communication. The position plays an important role in ensuring education programs run efficiently, with accurate documentation, effective communication and reliable systems support. This is a permanent, full-time role reporting to the Learning and Development Lead. The role is primarily responsible for: Providing administrative support for education programs, courses and workshops, including registrations, invoices, communications and technical support for online teaching Maintaining accurate records across systems, including databases and the learning management system (LMS) Committee Support Officer (CSO) for the ANZCA Educators Subcommittee and the Effective Management of Anaesthetic Crises (EMAC) Subcommittee Preparing, formatting and maintaining documents, reports and program materials This position may involve occasional work outside of standard business hours to support education activities and meetings. The team The Professional Development team sits within ANZCA’s Education and Research department. Together, the team leads the strategic design and continuous improvement of training and professional development programs, including curricula and assessment frameworks, digital learning, policy and governance systems, and reporting and evaluation. You will ideally bring: Sound experience gained in a professional environment in an administrative role including: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong customer service experience Well-developed interpersonal skills, the ability to confidently liaise with a diverse range of people including professionals, fellows and staff and as a part of a team.
