Multi-Site Retail Leader | Fashion | Sydney North Shore, Northern Beaches & Inner City $100K-$110K OTE (Base Super Comms Car Allowance) This is a proper multi-site leadership role within a fast-moving fashion retailer that is continuing to grow across Australia. You'll oversee approximately 8-10 stores across key Sydney regions, leading through people, presence, and performance. This is not a step-up into multi-site. It requires someone who has already done it. The business is well established, expanding steadily, and known internally for strong structure, clear expectations, and genuine investment in high performers. It's the kind of environment where good operators are recognised quickly and given more responsibility when they deliver. The role: You will take ownership of store performance across your region, working closely with Store Managers to lift results, strengthen execution, and ensure consistency across customer experience and brand standards. You'll be expected to be in stores regularly, leading from the front and setting a clear standard for what great looks like.
