Use your expertise to support safer workplaces and healthier outcomes. Ongoing, full-time role earning $100,894 - $114,476 per year, plus super. What you will do As Injury Management Coordinator, you will manage WorkCover claims and support employees through their return-to-work journey. You will provide practical advice and help build safe and healthy workplaces across the department. You will: develop effective return-to-work plans for employees receiving WorkCover benefits provide expert advice on injury management, OHS obligations and legal requirements manage complex cases involving long-term incapacity and early intervention initiatives identify meaningful trends and patterns to support injury prevention activities maintain accurate records and contribute to safe workplace practices. About you You should have qualifications, experience or a willingness to obtain return to work qualifications. A current Employee Working with Children Check is required before you commence employment where work within Youth Justice facilities is required. You should also have: demonstrated experience supporting occupational rehabilitation and return to work outcomes sound knowledge of WorkCover legislation and occupational health and safety principles strong communication skills and confidence managing difficult conversations * effective problem-solving skills with a resilient and collaborative approach.
