They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing People & Culture team and provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR support to both corporate and project teams. As the HR Business Partner, you will be the trusted people advisor to project managers, site teams, and leaders. Your advice will be practical, timely, and aligned with business priorities, ensuring both compliance and operational efficiency. This is a role where no two days look the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, isn't afraid to get stuck in, and approaches every task with a "no job is too big or too small" attitude. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across both local and international markets. Lead HR projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance people processes and employee experience. Provide proactive support and guidance to stakeholders and teams across the business. Support workforce planning activities and organisational change initiatives. Deliver HR solutions and reporting through Employment Hero, including onboarding, employment contracts, and compliance documentation. Partner with leaders on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Contribute to the development of HR policies, process improvements, and operational HR projects. Provide advice and support on employment relations matters and workplace issues. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legislative requirements, WHS obligations, and organisational standards. Act as a trusted business partner, providing commercially focused HR support and strategic people advice. What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is a credible, pragmatic HR professional who can navigate complex people matters in a dynamic, autonomous, project-focused environment.
