Registered Nurses - Aged Care - Regional NSW We’re seeking dedicated Aged Care Registered Nurses to join a friendly team in Regional Country NSW. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care, support residents to live with dignity and independence and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for those in your care. Overview 9 day fortnight - 72 hours per fortnight Working across a 7 day roster Supported by CN's Facility Manager is also Clinical Looking for experienced Aged Care RN's Will consider Aged Care RN's from NZ $57 - $58 per hour super (above award rates) NFP Provider = Salary packaging benefits Can assist with temporary accommodation NO SPONSORSHIP ON OFFER Key Responsibilities Deliver holistic, person-centred nursing care to residents Support, mentor, and guide care staff in daily clinical practice Conduct clinical assessments and manage care plans Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation Liaise with residents’ families, GPs, and allied health professionals Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and policies Requirements Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse At least 1 years experience as an RN in residential aged care Knowledge of the recent changes to the Aged Care Standards Excellent communication and leadership skills A proactive approach to clinical care and safety Full working rights in Australia - NO SPONSORSHIP ON OFFER If you’re a compassionate nurse who’s ready to make a real difference in a beautiful Regional location, we’d love to hear from you.
