Position: Head Barista Location: Kuwait We are looking for a talented, well-presented, and service-driven Male Head Barista to join a fine dining restaurant in Kuwait . Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages Supervise, train, and support barista staff Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards Monitor inventory and manage coffee supplies Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment Requirements: Previous experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment Leadership and team management skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication and customer service skills English communication skills required Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
