Lead and direct the day-to-day operations and services at the Holtze Youth Detention Centre to ensure young people participate in a structured day incorporating education, programs and vocational activities in a safe, secure and culturally therapeutic setting in accordance with endorsed model of care frameworks and relevant legislation, and to ensure the core outcomes and objectives of the NT Governmentâs youth detention facilities are met.
