About the Role: Lead and review end-to-end tax compliance deliverables across a portfolio of fund clients Prepare and oversee distribution calculations, tax returns, BAS, AIIR, investor statements, and tax provisions Partner closely with leadership to drive quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables Act as a technical subject matter expert across Australian fund and corporate tax Manage client relationships and deliver a high standard of client service in a fast-paced environment Support the development of tax policies, procedures, and control frameworks Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives Contribute to building and mentoring a high-performing tax team About You CA/CPA qualified with 5-7 years tax experience and Big 4 First time movers are encouraged to apply Strong background in funds tax, corporate tax clients, or professional services Deep knowledge of Australian tax compliance, reporting obligations, and ATO requirements Proven ability to operate in a client-facing, deadline-driven environment Prior team leadership or mentoring experience will be advantageous Strong technical capability with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail If you're a technically strong tax professional looking to step into a broader, more strategic role within funds management, apply with Raelene Horn at Mane Consulting today.
