We are currently seeking an experienced and delivery-focused Change Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the end-to-end delivery of technology and process changes within a secure environment. Candidates must possess a minimum of an active NV1 Security Clearance to be considered for this position. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and deliver key implementation activities, including impact assessments and readiness tracking. Develop high-quality supporting documentation, user guides, and training materials. Support cutover planning, issue tracking, and hypercare execution. Monitor post-implementation adoption and mitigate delivery risks. Qualifications & Experience: Demonstrated experience in operational change or project delivery roles within structured program environments. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers and technical teams. Experience in secure environments, Telecommunications, or ServiceNow is highly desirable.
