We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Bartender / Cocktail Specialist to join our professional Food & Beverage team.

About the Role
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages, including classic and contemporary cocktails. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the high standards our members and guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wines, beers, and beverages to a high standard.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and guest engagement.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with RSA and venue policies.
- Work collaboratively with restaurant, events, and management teams.
- Support bar operations across a variety of functions and events.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy bar environment.
- Demonstrated cocktail knowledge and strong mixology skills.
- Current Queensland RSA certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience within a restaurant, club, hotel, or events venue will be highly regarded.
