This opportunity would suit an experienced PCB Assembler or Electronics Technician looking to step into a hands-on leadership position within a growing production environment. This is a 13-week temp-to-perm opportunity with strong long-term career prospects for the successful candidate. About the Role This position is a true hands-on leadership role, working approximately: 50% supervising and supporting the production team 50% operating and assisting within PCB assembly and electronics production You will be responsible for leading a small team of approximately 4-5 staff while supporting daily production output, quality standards, workflow coordination, and technical guidance across the workshop.
