What you'll be doing Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email Providing advice and support across CBB’s salary packaging services Resolving customer enquiries efficiently and accurately Maintaining customer records and documenting interactions Working across multiple systems and databases simultaneously Contributing to team goals and service KPIs Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues What we're looking for This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality customer experiences. We’re looking for digitally savvy people with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. You will ideally have: Experience in a customer service, contact centre, or financial services environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills Confidence using multiple computer systems and business software The ability to explain financial information in a clear and simple way Strong attention to detail and organisational skills The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork A genuine alignment with the values of the not-for-profit sector Experience with salary packaging, banking, finance, or credit management will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
