Based in Darwin, Arnhem Earthmoving and Mechanical specialise in delivering mining, civil and transport projects throughout the Top End of Australia Position Summary: Our MC Truck Drivers are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of quad side tipper combinations for the transportation of bulk materials. The role requires compliance with road transport regulations, fatigue management requirements, company procedures, and safety standards while delivering high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: Operate quad side tipper combinations safely and efficiently Conduct daily pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections Load, transport, and unload bulk materials in accordance with site and customer requirements Ensure loads are secured and compliant with mass and dimension regulations Complete delivery documentation, logbooks, and electronic records accurately Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site personnel Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of trucks and trailers Report vehicle defects, incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues promptly Adhere to company WHS policies and site safety procedures Operate equipment in varying road, weather, and site conditions Assist with general transport and operational duties as required Requirements: Current Australian MC (Multi Combination) Licence White Card (Construction Induction) Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating quad road train Ability to complete paperwork and electronic compliance systems accurately Good driving history and commitment to safe driving practices Ability to pass medical, drug, and alcohol screening Maintain Fit for Work assessment Ability to work under pressure within a team environment Must be punctual, reliable and have a can-do attitude Commitment to follow Heath, Safety & Environment Policies and Procedures
