We are seeking a passionate experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead our service and create a fun, safe and engaging environment for school aged children. Key Responsibilities include: Actively supervising and engaging with children Leading planned and spontaneous activities based on children's interests and educator strengths Ensuring a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment Supporting daily operations and compliance requirements Basic food preparation Ligh cleaning duties Completing observations and essential documentation Building strong relationships with children, families and educators Essential Skills and Experience: Experience working in OSHC, childcare or education setting Previous leadership or Co-ordinator experience preferred Strong Communication and organisational skills Sound understanding of compliance and child safety requirements Knowledge of EYLF, MTOP and NQS Demonstrate the ability to plan and deliver engaging programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A warm, enthusiastic and proactive approach Mandatory Requirements Current Working with Children Card Police Clearance First Aid Qualification including Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training and food handling certificate. Qualificatons Diploma in Childrens Services, Degree or Diploma in Education or equivalent. Our Service operates the following hours and applicants need to be available for the hours below: This position is Monday to Friday 7.00am-9.00am and 2.30pm-6.00pm Vacation Care Monday to Friday 7.30am-6.00pm.
