职位介绍 About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth business functioning. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities including general administration, procurement coordination, expense handling, and cross-office support between Hong Kong and Shen Zhen. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the team and management Coordinate procurement of office supplies and manage relationships with vendors and service providers Arrange courier services, document delivery, and logistics as needed Assist in expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic accounting tasks under supervision Support ad hoc projects and assignments from management Liaise with internal teams and external parties to facilitate daily operations Requirements & Qualifications Diploma or above in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; proficiency in English is an advantage Hong Kong Permanent Resident (required) Preferred Skills Familiarity with office management systems such as E-flow Prior exposure to cross-border operations between Hong Kong and Shenzhen is a plus 其他信息 语言要求:英语、普通话、粤语 行业要求:全部行业
