Experienced Workshop Coordinator required ASAP to lead daily workshop operations, coordinate workflow, and drive safety, quality, and productivity across all projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage resources, support your team, and ensure jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Lead daily pre-start meetings with a strong safety focus Coordinate job scheduling, labour allocation, and workflow Monitor job progress and communicate to the Management Team Ensure materials, job traceability, and documentation are accurate Oversee quality checks and ensure all paperwork is completed and signed off Manage stores coordination (inward goods, dispatch and stock control) Provide technical guidance across workshop activities and projects Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on job updates Mentor, support, and develop workshop personnel and apprentices Promote and lead a strong zero-harm safety culture About You Engineering Trade Qualification (Fitter, Turner, Welder or similar) Previous workshop or supervisory experience Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills Solid understanding of piping, structural work, and technical drawings Safety and quality focused CAD skills advantageous but not essential Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities What’s on Offer Competitive salary Overtime available Work close to home – South of the River Early Finish on Fridays Monthly BBQs fun team environment Leadership role with real responsibility Apply now to join our fun team and take ownership in your career with DTH Engineering.
